Terence has over 20 years of experience in auditing, commercial accounting and internal auditing. He was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hong Kong Baptist University and the degree of Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited (HKEX stock code: 00609) since 2007.
