Mr. Kwong possesses over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing and corporate management including listed companies audits, initial public offering and merger and acquisition projects in Hong Kong. Mr. Kwong started his professional career in the audit department of Kwan Wong Tan & Fong CPA, the then largest local CPA firm in Hong Kong, which merged with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1997.
Before joining our firm, Mr. Kwong has also worked as finance director and managing director of certain Hong Kong listed companies.
Mr. Kwong possesses a master of science degree in information systems, a professional diploma in accountancy and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. Mr Kwong has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of EPI (Holdings) Limited (Hong Kong stock code: 00689) since 2018.
