Sammy received the Bachelor of Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2007 and the Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a Practising Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong.
Sammy has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, internal controls and fraud investigation. He joined KPMG upon his graduation and worked in several MNCs and listed companies as CFO and Company Secretary and INED.
Before joining our company, he has dealt with the different projects including annual audits of listed companies, Merger and Acquisition and IPO in Hong Kong and Japan.
