Jack Wong joined CCTH CPA Limited as an Audit Director in July 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he had over 13 years of extensive audit and assurance experience gained from various accounting firms, including the Big 4. He specializes in providing audit and assurance services to both companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and private companies across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets.
His client portfolio spans a wide range of industries, including property investment and real estate development, digital assets consultation and sale of cryptocurrency machinery, consumer business, manufacturing, exploration and mining, oil & gas, construction, education, environmental protection & water treatment operations, non-profit organizations, as well as licensed corporations regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission. He has also been involved in the annual audit of companies listed on NASDAQ.
In addition to audit and assurance services, Jack has led various successful special engagements, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence reviews. He has also conducted a substantial number of agreed-upon procedures (AUP) engagements for the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme, supporting applicants in their immigration to Hong Kong.
Jack Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the Australian National University. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) and a member of CPA Australia. In February 2026, he became the first Hong Kong certified practising accountant to attain the Hong Kong Chartered Digital Asset Analyst (HKCDAA) certification (Level I), awarded by the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Digital Asset Analysts.
